MY QUESTION IS HOW TO MASS ERASE THE CC2650 LAUNCHPAD, BECAUSE I CAN'T USE THE SENSOR TAG APP AFTER FLASH SOME BASIC PROGRAM.

Hello,

You can do this from CCS with the "MassErase" option under the Scripts menu:

Note that you must have started a debug session for CC2650 first.

BECAUSE THE SIMPLELINK APP IS CAN'T SHOW THE CC2650 LAUNCHPAD'S ID PLEASE HELP ME
