CCS/PGA900: CCS show I have no license to use XDS200, which version CCS could use XDS200?

Hi ：

I tried to use XDS200 as simulation tool for PGA900 follow TI firmware guide. But CCS show I don't have license to use XDS200. How could I solve this issue?

CCS 7 and later no longer need a license.

For previous versions a license is available for zero cost - see Free license for older versions
