Tool/software: Code Composer Studio

Respected TI E2E Hello!!
I have installed Code composer via offline installer. But  thing I want to ask that when ever I open the Code Composer Studio, there comes a pop up error: ""CrashreportJob" has occurred a problem" as shown in attached picture. I'm not able to resolve this issue via help of customer support Mr. Santos and then he asked me to move for this forum. The solution which customer support provided me and which didn't works are as under::

1) Solution: "It sounds like your anti-virus program is blocking access to the Temp directory. Some anti-virus programs have this as a separate rule that you can enable or disable, others will have an exceptions list that you can setup. Both the crash logger and the build system use the Temp directory." 

I could not solve this problem even by using exception lists in window defender.

2)Solution  "Kindly clean first your Workspace or try using a new one and then try accessing the CCS, if still error appears kindly please try this solution on the link I provide below: Solution Link: software-dl.ti.com/.../ccs_troubleshooting.html These are solution for Internal errors." 

This also didn't work in my case.

Kindly help me in this regard.
