Hi,
I have had this issue for some time now, when trying to open Resource Explorer inside CCS. Error message:
[] Running with Window 7 64-bit
[] Went through the Troubleshooting for Resource Explorer, made sure proxy is set to native, restarted CCS twice
[] Removed the tirex-localserver-* to force it to recreate
[] Re-installed CCSv8.3
[] Using an open internet connection
[] verified when CCS is closed, that there is no "node" in task manager. When CCS starts fresh, there is still no "node". When trying to start TIREX, then there are 2x "node.exe" in task manager.
[] tried to make sense of the tirex-xxxx.log
Could you let me know what else to try?
I am attaching the .logs file.

Hi Gunther,
Based on the log it appears that you have quite a few packages installed in c:\ti. This can lead to increased scan time at start up which causes Resource Explorer to time out. We have seen this sort of issue before. To check that this is the cause could you temporarily rename your c:\ti folder and create a new empty one? Let me know if it starts up then. Thanks, Oliver
