I tried to debug project mqtt_client_CC3220SF_LAUNCHXL_freertos_ccs  which is available in resource explorer. Upon debugging, following error message appears:

Error connecting to the target:
(Error -2131 @ 0x0)
Unable to access device register. Reset the device, and retry the operation. If error persists, confirm configuration, power-cycle the board, and/or try more reliable JTAG settings (e.g. lower TCLK).
(Emulation package 8.0.903.2)

Please help me out with this problem.

    Hi,

    - Are you able execute other examples from CC3220 SDK without this error?
    - Do you have your LaunchPad in development mode?
    - Do you have set your SOP jumpers according target configuration in CCS (SWD vs JTAG)?
