CCS/TMS320F280049: Does latest CCS 8.x or even 9.x supports MISRA-C 2012?

I am asking this for our customer.

I am aware on this post, it says CCS 7.x does not support MISRA-C 2012.

But does CCS 8.x and the coming 9.x support MISRA-C 2012?

Unfortunately, no. There are no plans to upgrade the MISRA checking built in to TI compilers to 2012 standard.
