CCS/AM5718: skipping of certain lines in my code....

Tool/software: Code Composer Studio

Some of the lines are skipped when i am trying to run my code on code composer studio..some times it is pointed to commented potion of my code.what is the solution for this?.My SDK RTOS version is 5.02. CCS version is 8.2.
