CCS: How to update CCS?

Tool/software: Code Composer Studio

I'm now using CCS version 8.2.0.00007, and I want to upgrade it to 8.3.0.00009.

This web indicate that the CCS Update Manager is available for only updating IDE components itself, which is what I want.

But I cannot find this tool in the web or inside CCS.

Where is the CCS Update Manager?
