CCS: Error 403 access denied on CCS Cloud

Hi, 

a few weeks ago, I worked on a project with my LaunchPad MSP401R , on the online CCS IDE (at https://dev.ti.com/ide/ ) 

Unfortunately, today I wanted to work agin on this project, but when I tried to access the IDE, I got a 403 error with "access denied" message.


Strangely, the email address in the url is the old email address of my TI account, that I changed a few months ago.

And when I try to disconnect / reconnect, my old email does'nt seem recognized, and my new mail redirects me to an empty workspace on CCS Cloud.

I guess there is a workspace conflict because of email addresses.

Will it be possible to regain access to my documents?

    I have escalated this issue to our Cloud engineers in the hopes that they can recover the documents and associate it with your new e-mail. I will keep you posted of our progress

    Can you go to my.ti.com and change your e-mail to your old e-mail?
    After that go to dev.ti.com, login with the old e-mail and see if you can access your old workspace.
    If yes, you can select a project in the left pane, then select a context menu "Download Project..." and have that project downloaded to your local drive.

    After you switch your account to your new e-mail, you can upload the projects to your new workspace with the main menu "Project/Import CCS Project...". In the dialog select the "local..." button and browse to the location in your local drive.
