CCS/MSP432P401R: Socket error

Hello,

Whenever I try to debug/run my program I get this error. I am running Windows 10, 64-bit, and the browser I'm using is Google Chrome.

I'm using the 16x2 LCD that came in my Arduino Starter Kit with it, if that makes any difference.
