This looks wrong. xdcpath should have the bios version in it. For example:

This issue is resolved by switching to a older version of mmwave sdk. We are facing other issues which we will be raising separately.

This is happening with the high_accuracy_16xx_dss project. high_accuracy_16xx_mss is building successfully

It appears that you are using CCS v9 for your project.  We suspect that there is an integration issue with this brand new CCS and will investigate.

The R4F_big_endian target is not supported.  Can you please try setting your target manually in the CCS project?

Would you be able to manually enter ti.targets.arm.elf.R4F and try rebuilding your project?
