CCS/CC1310: CCS V8.3.0 no TI Resource Explorer within IDE ?

Hello,

go to main menu View -> Resource Explorer.
If it is unavailable, your update, probably, went wrong.
You may install many CCS versions in parallel. To do this, use c:\ti\ccs7.x.y, ,,, c:\ti\ccs8.x.y like subfolders scheme.

If you have many "products" under c:\ti (or a like) and an old HDD instead of a fast SSD, your Tirex may time out during startup.
Restarting Resource Explorer might help, if you have 8 GB RAM and 2-3 GB of free memory for NTFS files caching.

Alternative way to install SDKs:
go to dev.ti.com/.../
use Package Picker to select a version you need
than download and install it.
