Hi Dear,

I am using CC STUDIO to program C2000 launch pad(LAUNCHXL-F28027). I am using simple example programs from C2000 ware form Resource Explorer. when I get imported from C2000 ware it automatically comes with default linker command file for debugging, which I don't want to.

I need linker command file flash programming so that I get my piece of code into ROM area instead of any other location.

If my approach is correct to get my code into BOOT ROM, kindly suggest a way to change the default linker command file.

You are incorrectly using "ROM" and "BOOT ROM" to refer to Flash memory. Changing the linker command file is easy. You just right-click on the file in Project Explorer Window and "delete" it. Right-click on the project name and "Add file to the project"
