Tool/software: Code Composer Studio
When I used the installed version of CCS (8.3) on my Mac, a firmware update is indicated. But, once the firmware update is completed, I can no longer connect to the device.
If I use the cloud version, I get the same message for a firmware update, but it updates and connects just fine. If I then try the installed version, I get the same message and error.
Any thoughts?

The problem seems to have "disappeared" as mysteriously as it appeared. For better or worse, at least for now I'm no longer able to reproduce the problem. But, I am attaching the toolchain information, in case it is useful to the toolchain team.
