CCS: CCS v9.0.1 problem with Resource explorer

Hallo All

I have installed CCS v9.01

When I tried to open window "Resource Explorer" path View->Resource Explorer it was showing error message " Failed to create the part's controls"  and stack of exception. The CCS v6.0.02 works good.

    Andrii,

    Please check the troubleshooting tips in this page: http://software-dl.ti.com/ccs/esd/documents/users_guide/ccs_troubleshooting.html#resource-explorer

    In addition, also please also try deleting the jxbrowser folder here: C:\Users\[username]\AppData\Local\JxBrowser. And restart CCS after deleting all the caches.

    I forgot  to say that  CCS is  installed on the Linux Ubuntu 14.10.


    I completed all recommendations from yours reference with exception of Proxy (because it is corporative proxy) it was not helpful.

    I think the problem is not with proxy . The CCS 6.2 contains  2 Resource Explorers - Resource Explorer Classic and Resource Explorer.

    Firs of them on the right and it can connect to the TI's site second on the left and can't connect to the TI's site,  but however does not throw exception.

    In CCS 6.2, the Resource Explorer (not Resource Explorer Classic) was a beta tool. Since the beta period ended a long time ago, the screen you are seeing for Resource Explorer is expected. Please see this related thread. 

    We should focus not on the older CCS 6.2, but rather on getting CCS 9.0.1 working. In CCS 9.0.1 are you able to open the App Center and Getting Started View and the video in the Getting Started View? If those are giving problems as well, then the issue is likely in your proxy settings.

    I upgrade My Ubuntu up  to  18.04   . It resolved  problem.

    But now I have some other problem with migration of project from v6 to v9. But it other topic and other subject
