CCS/CC3200: unable to install ARMv5.2 compiler in ccs

Hello all,

I am using ccs 6.0.1 and windows 10. (Is windows 7 is the only solution ?? )

I m trying to import project file from cc3200 sdk file but error shows i m missing ARMv 5.2 compiler.

For that i searched this compiler in App center but it is not their, also goes to help>install new software>code genration tools

and update all ARM compilers, but then also same error shows again and again.

Please help.

Which SDK version, project name, please.

You do not show full error message, that is pity.
Try to install only the compiler version you need.

If the version 5.2.6 compiler installed properly, it should be "recognized" by CCS. Verify if that is the case by going to menu Window->Preferences->Code Composer Studio->Build->Compilers, and check if appears under Discovered Tools. The restart CCS and try reimporting the project.
