My CCS freezes and I get an internal error pop up as shown below.

Need help fixing this issue.

Please show this file: C:\ti\ccs901\ccs\eclipse\ccstudio.ini
How many projects do you have within your workspace?

Try adjusting the Eclipse heap setting to something larger, that is usually known to help this type of "out of memory" errors.
