CCS/LAUNCHXL-CC26X2R1: Error while installing CCSV7.3

Tool/software: Code Composer Studio

1.I am trying to install Code composer studio version number CCS 7.3.0.00019.I had downloaded from offline and then i am trying to install in by ubuntu 18.04 it is getting structed at some point as shoen bellow.

2.And another issue is if i stopped in between i.e terminated from installing ccs then if i tried to install again it will be getting some error that could not set permissions for the file.Can you help me

Hello,

Any reason you are installing an old version of CCS instead of the current latest version (9.0.1)? If possible, I suggest you install the latest version

Did you try installing over the existing failed installation without deleting everything first?

It is always recommended to install in a clean new folder. If you trying to re-install in the same location without making sure it is empty, it can cause install issues.
