CCS/MSP430FR2433: Device doesn not appear in list while importing energia sketch

Thanks for attaching the screenshot. I see the same thing with CCS 9.0.1. It appears that CCS is not correctly picking up the entire list of boards from Energia. I'll have to check with some experts on why this is. I will post an update when I have more information.

This does appear to be a bug in CCS. I will file a bug report to track this and post the tracking number here. Unfortunately I don't have a good workaround to offer for now. Sorry about the inconvenience.

yes, actually I tried to add Energia 18 on the searching path but even in this case, the device does not appear in the list.

The curious thing is that in the version of CCS cloud version, I can perform the operation without any problems!

Yes, that is because the FR2433LP does not appear in the board list for Energia 18. If you open energia.exe in Energia 18, you will notice that FR2433LP is not listed under Tools->Board. CCS simply reflects the same board list.

Now Energia 21 has added support for that board, but CCS has not yet added support for Energia 21 along with the new set of boards. 

Sorry about the inconvenience, but for now you cannot import Energia sketches into CCS for this particular Launchpad.
