Compiler/TMS570LC4357: Function call not passing all parameters?

Is this issue in compiler fixed. I face the same when more than 4 arguments are passed into a function.

Yes. You can read about it here. It is fixed in versions 16.9.8.LTS or later, 18.1.3.LTS or later, and any 18.12.x.LTS release.
