I have just started to explore TI mmWave devices, so I just started working with IWR1642BOOST and IWR1443BOOST.

I wanna know what to study. About FFT algorithm, programming language, structure of devices, or another thing?

Please tell me what I should do.

I'd recommend starting with the mmWave Training Series, training.ti.com/mmwave-training-series

Then I'd also recommend looking at the labs for your device that are available on the resource explorer, dev.ti.com/.../
