I have question for Uniflash version 4.6.0.2176.

Uniflash has many erase option as follows.

Erase main memory only

Erase main and information memory

Erase main, information and protected information memory

Erase and download necessary segments only (Differential Download)

Replace written memory locations, retain unwritten memory locations

By Address Range (specify below)

Can you explain each operation?

If target device is MSP430FR6879, what erase option should be used?

My customer had following error while they erase the data in MSP430FR6879.

Normally, what situation would this error be occurred? (e.g. poor interface connection, noise at JTAG, etc )

Looks like the Mass Erase failed. Please enable debug server logging and reproduce the issue. Then zip and attach the log to this thread.

Thank you for your reply.

We check hardware circuit like JTAG, RESET and so on.

If not solved, let us try to do logging procedure you suggested.

Sorry that we could not inform you update.

There was possibly caused at interface.
But error situation can hardly to be replicated.

It is difficult to look into this problem furthermore.
