Hi,

I was working with my TI cloud well for last 3 months and did achieve good results. I did not open the CCS Cloud nor the GUI Composer for 2 weeks and suddenly turned it on today. I could not access my CCS Cloud as well could not open my already existing project in GUI Composer. Can anyone please help me with this?

Tanya,

When you say you are not able to access CCS Cloud what is happening?

Are you not able to log ing? OR
Do you log in but your projects are not present? OR
Does it hang while trying to start? OR
something else?

Could you also let me kmow what OS and browser you are using.

Hi,

I am able to login, but cant open the CCS Cloud. It hangs. When I start the GUI Composer, I cannot click on any options.

I am using Windows 10 and the Browser is Chrome Version 74.0.3729.169.

Can you try using GUI Composer again and let us know if you can see the content of your workspace?
