CCS/HERCULES_SAFETY_MCU_DEMOS: unable to install CCS8.3.1 on win7 64b

Part Number: HERCULES_SAFETY_MCU_DEMOS

Tool/software: Code Composer Studio

- system: windown 7 64 bit

- installation file: CCS8.3.1.00004_win32

I try to install the CCS but I failed many times with two errors.

"An error occured: Installer failed to install correctly. The 2 most common reasons for failure are:

1. Anti-virus on your computer could have impeded the executable.

2. Download is corrupted. "

I cannot understand the first error, although I stopped the anti-virus program(V3).

The seconde error also confused, I used off-line installation files.

Could you explain how can I install this programe without errors?

1 & 2 are not errors.
1 & 2 suggest possible sources of errors.
re 1) stopping on--line scanning should be enough
re 2) check CRC of your installation file

Please, post an installation log.
