From Tutorial: Your going to have to line what register you want to read and replace the hex values accordingly.

1. I2CSend(0xD0); /* Slave address + Write */
2. I2CSend(0x00); /* Starting address of RTC */
3. I2CRestart(); /* Repeated start condition */
4. I2CSend(0xD1); /* Slave address + Read *

After sending these you'll do an I2C read.

in I2C code REG addresses are not mentioned

how can i replace it

It should be in the documentation for that device. Check the Datasheet.
