Create a new project without an "identify" and make connectivity test later.
Your screens show COM65 and COM3.

Same error is tested after I create a project, what kind of problem?

Now we know that it is not related to a new project creation.
I do not know what is the source of your issue.
My recommendation: close this thread and open new one with a better tittle.
