Is the bug tracking portal server down?

For about the last week when I have attempted to access the bug tracking portal I just get a server error such as:

An error occurred while processing your request.
Reference #97.5a1dd58.1559399993.65799aa0

Is this a known problem with the server?

I just tried again but still got an "An error occurred while processing your request".

Is there some quirk where the bug tracking portal server can be accessed from the TI network, but not externally?

We also see similar error accessing the portal.

Ok I just tried from my phone (which is off the TI network) and I get the same error. Trying again from my MacBook and it is fine. So Chester you are correct. I will have to chase this down with IT.
