Do you have a procedure to create an "empty" RTOS project for the MSP430FR5994 chip?

The absence of the RTOS pane of the MSP430 in the Resources Explorer is not very blocking, but the problem is that I can not open / import and then generate a complete RTOS project for this device,

This is a known issue (CCSIDE-3505) that will be fixed in the upcoming CCSv9.1.0 release (eta: end of the month). If you are willing to try out an early beta build, I can offer you a link to it.

Unfortunately I tried to install the sent version several times under MacOs but I can not, attached a screen copy of the installation.

Please note that the requested command is executed as visible in the Terminal screen, but this does not change anything,

Maybe I have to wait for the offcial version on MacOS or possibly go under a VMWare virtual machine with CCS under Windows 10?

How did you install other versions of CCS? CCSv9.1.0 should not be any different. Did you have to do something special to install v9.0.1?

I installed the new version exactly like the old official version, besides we do not do much, we just launch the package and the installation starts automatically,

The only difference is that for the initial version there was no CCS version installed on the Mac while for this new version there is already the previous version installed on,

I don't use a Mac (often) hence all of this is new to me. But I did check with someone who does and he said that there is a setting where you can specify "Allow apps downloaded from" the App Store only or also for identified developers. It sounds like you have the former configured. Can you try setting it to the latter?
