Is there a simple flash programmer for the MSP430 LaunchPad?

While debugging the code i am getting an error like-" FET not found. i am using ccs on windows 7.I will be thankfull if you could help me in solving this issue

    Thank you for posting your issue on the forums. Please answer these questions to help me better assist you:

    • What EVM or hardware tool are you using with the FET?
    • Is this a TI board or a custom board
    • Is this the MSP-FET or the MSP-FET430UIF?
    • What version of Code Composer do you have?
    • Do you have the FET plugged into a USB 2.0 port directly on your computer? (NOT USB 3.0 and NOT a USB Hub)

    Firstly , a very big thanks for responding .

    1.I didn't get your question , i mean which hardware tool are generally used with the FET.

    2.I  am using TI board only.

    3.It is MSP430G2553.

    4.I have CODE COMPOSER STUDIO V4.

    5.Yes, i have directly connected the USB on my computer. But i didn't understood about USB 2.0 port.
