CCS: CCS ANY VERSION : I CAN'T INSTALL CCS

Hi,

A few details that may be affecting yoru ability to install CCS. 

- Line 3 of the log file <ccs_setup_9.0.1.00004_install.log> shows a "sharp" symbol (#) in the original directory. This symbol is a special character that may be causing the internal installer utilities to fail finding the files. 

- Line 10 of the same log file above indicates you are installing in a "Program Files" directory - although not in C: but in D:. There is a chance that Windows' User Access Control (UAC) is protecting this directory as well.

We recommend installing CCS in a directory without spaces and special characters. Also, if you are not doing so, please turn off the Antivirus momentarily during the install procedure. Most Antivirus SW do not cause problems but, since you are experiencing difficulties, it does not hurt trying to disable it.
