Tool/software: Code Composer Studio
This is Jinsik Cho from Nexcontechnology which is note PC battery protection module OEM company having customer, LGC.[end user : Dell , Acer etc..]
We have some problem as following.
1. IC name : BQ40370RSMR
2. Phenomenon
- While on FW write by our FW write equipment, there is error some module( about 4 of 10 module ).
- After firmware write error occur, abnormal SB data was read by BQ studio like as below.
- Anyway, after that, doesn't work firmware write , Dataflash read , sending command, etc.
3. We don't know why this phenomenon occured. So please give us advice about this issue.
- Possible cause to this phenomenon.
