CCS/RM48L952: CCS9 Question，When i use this software

Question：

I closed CCS9 software and reopened it, the user interface would look like the following, no project display, no menu bar and so on.
Previously, I built two projects in workspace, and they have been compiled and debugged.
My system is WIN10.
