I am using the control suite example program to find fft on my data set . but why my fft plot in matlab and in CCS are different in appearance despite having the same data set.

and also,

how to find if my plots of fft obtained in CCS V6 are correct because, everytime i change anything in graph property window, the plot changes, I am confused if my plots are correct or not?

Hi,

The FFT plot depends on a number of factors, including sampling rate, windowing, number of points (order of FFT), format of data (complex/real), etc.

Given the first factor is dependent on the number of samples and should be identical in both environments, you have to adjust the others between Matlab and CCS to verify the accuracy of the plotted data.
