Compiler: New MCU compiler version 19.6.0.STS available for ARM, C2000, and MSP430

TI is pleased to announce a new MCU compiler version 19.6.0.STS for ARM, C2000, and MSP430 which includes the following new features:

All targets:
- Default file extension updated for C vs C++ compiler generated object files
C28/ARM:
- New hex utility option: --cmac (cipher-based message authentication protocol)
C2000:
- VCU register save/restore support for interrupt service routines
