CCS/CCSTUDIO: Resource Explorer encountered a problem.

I see Resource Explorer encountered a problem in my CCS 9.0.1.00004 after I install latest simplelink_cc13x2_26x2_sdk_3_20_00_68 and simplelink_cc2640r2_sdk_3_20_00_21. I have follow the steps in http://processors.wiki.ti.com/index.php/Troubleshooting_CCSv7#Resource_Explorer but still cannot solve the problem. How can I fix this trouble?
