Tool/software: TI C/C++ Compiler

I have installed C2000 compiller, but CSS doesn't seem to be finding it. I always have the same message:

I can't solve this problem, even having installed the reccomended software.

    Sergio,

    That is very odd for CCS to have device support for a family but not the compiler.  If C2000 support was selected when installing CCS it would have installed the compiler as well.

    In CCS if you go to Window -> Preferences this will open the preferences dialog.  Here we can specify where CCS should look for compilers and also which compilers it has discovered.

    Specify the location where you have the C2000 compiler in the discovery path section. Then click the refresh button.  If this discovers the compiler you will then be able to create a project.
