CCS：CCS Missing add file entry

It looks like you are in the "Simple" perspective.  Perspectives are arrangements of windows, menu items and toolbars.  In the case of the Simple perspective it has a reduced number of menus.

You have a couple of options:

1. Select the "CCS Edit" perspective.  In the top right of CCS the button to the left of the red circle will switch to the perspective to the edit perspective.

2. You can use another method to add files.  You can drag files from windows explorer to the project window to add them to the project.  Or you can select Add Files from the project menu.
