A common cause of this error is that there was a build failure, hence the out file was not generated (and thus could not be found). Can you check to see if the above file exists? If not, then there was some build error. Check your build output console for error messages. Post any error messages you see.

Thanks for the reply!. I am trying to solve myself these days and i haven't got result.

Problem: build problem #  Couldn't able to find source file # compilation failure

Here below I am sending my console error messages(3 pictures).Please let me knoiw how to solve them

In connection to above post. I am using

• TMS320F28379D C200  Launchpad XL
• code composer studio version 9.1.0 
• system OS : Windows 10, 64bit
• XDS100V2 ({debugger} I hope do not need debugger info)

You are missing some compiler include search paths. Assuming you have C2000Ware installed:

F2837xD_device.h is in: <C2000WARE INSTALL DIR>\device_support\f2837xd\headers\include

F28x_project.h is in: <C2000WARE INSTALL DIR>\device_support\f2837xd\common\include

You will need to add the paths to those in the compiler build options.

If you do not have C2000Ware installed, please install it. You can install it from Resource Explorer.

Hi Ki,

Thanks for the post , it helped me  and I reduced errors from 15 to 4 but I got stuck at error (GlobalvariableDefs.c).

I had gone through this error in stackoverflow website but didn't understood.They are saying like move

struck.c into .h file

The project that you are trying to build - is this an example from TI (C2000Ware)? Or a custom project?

Thanks. I imported the Lab1_cpu01 project into my workspace and built it. I built fine without any errors. Odd that you are getting that build error. I am still investigating

Can you provide all the build output in the build console? You can copy&paste to a text file and attach the text file to this thread
