I am trying to dump a program of LED_Blinking example from C2000 Ware. But an error message is shown as (Error-716 @ 0X0).

For the reference I am attaching the JPG file showing error message.

Hi,

The F280049C Launchpad uses a XDS110 Debug Probe, but the error message indicates you have your project configured to use a XDS100v2.

This is common in the C2000Ware, where all the projects are configured for XDS100v2. Please check the short clip below to change that.
