We have the previous 1_0 version of this file but this will only work on older 28335 chips. The latest silicone requires the newer version of this file. Where can thes file be downloaded

Richard,
Attached is the file from a CCSv4 installation. You could try it with CCSv3.3.
4135.FlashAPIInterface28335V2_10.zip

The newer version of the file, FlashAPIInterface28335V2_10.out dated 11/5/2008, should be available with a later service release of CCS (Service Release 12 - SR12 probably has it). Go to Code Composer Studio Update Advisor and update to the latest service release.
Then the file should appear in : C:\CCStudio_v3.3\plugins\Flash28xx\Algorithms\28335

Thanx for the file. I placed it in the ...\plugins\Flash28xx\Algorithms\28335 folder and now I can use the newer 28335 silicon. I did notice one issue. When I use the toolbox programmming tools, there is a "File Not Found" dialog box presented with "Code Composer could not locate Flash280xAPIinterface.C would you like to browse for it". The program function completes without error and I just closed the box.
Thanks for the info. I'm in the midst of a project and didn't want to intorduce any outer possible issues that may result for a service update. At this point I used the Algorithm file posted above
