Flashing tool missing (wrong gel file)

I have updated CCS with the updater. I can't remember which updates I got but now I have problems when I try to debug. The project is the same I used before and with the same Target configuration file (Black Hawk USB2000 and F28035). The error is that I'm missin flashing tool. And if I go to debug window, it shows that I have TMS192C2006 Gel file loaded and it doesn't help if I load the f28035.gel file. Which setting is now wrong?

Edit: Some times it helps to restart the CCS4 and then it works for that session.

This sounds strange. Do you only have one target configuration file? Is your config file part of the project?

restarting CCS, trying a new workspace, deleting old launches are are good things to try

I have more than one configuration file. The other is for 28027, but the one I'm using for 28035 is part of my project and it has worked before. I already made a new target configuration file and at least today (just started CCS for the first time today) it seems to work. I didn't have any problems with 28027.
