I have been following the training video ( http://software-dl.ti.com/public/hpmp/software/app_dev_procsdk_rtos/index.html ) subsection 6.3 (SYSBIOS HellWorld example) but no examples are shown, or listed, within the CCS9.1.0 Resource Explorer for the TMDXEVM5728 evaluation board. The video demonstration suggests that there should be be several SYSBIOS and other examples listed within the resource explorer.

Have the Resource Explorer examples been dropped from the latest version of CCS?

It looks like the video is using CCSv6 and things have changed a bit since then. For the SYS/BIOS examples that come with the processor SDK you can import them in CCSv9.1 by going to the Project menu and selecting Import CCS Projects. Then browse to the location where sys/bios is installed.

Alternatively the users guide in the latest SDK has a section on using a template example.
