Tool/software: Code Composer Studio
Hi,
The customer installed CCS v9.1.0 on Windows10 (64bit), but there is a problem with startup.
The screen of “Select a directory as workspace” is displayed, and immediately after pressing “Launch”, it ends without displaying anything on the screen. (No error display)
I checked the CCS9.1.0 ”9.Troubleshooting” and tried "9.1.2", but it didn't work.
Could you tell me other possible countermeasures?
The following methods are currently being tested.
1. Uninstall once and install again.
2. Use only alphanumeric characters for Windows user names
