CCS/CC3220SF-LAUNCHXL: IcePick_C: Error connecting to the target

I am getting error as 

IcePick_C: Error connecting to the target: (Error -261 @ 0x0) Invalid response was received from the XDS110. (Emulation package 8.3.0.00003)

while programming my CC3220SF using CCS. But XDS110 is detecting by my system and I can also able to program the device using uniflash. But only i am not able to debug or run program using CCS.

    A few hints:

    • Do you use CC3220SF LaunchPad or your own hardware with CC3220SF chip? In case of your own hardware, please provide schematic of connection XDS110 to your CC3220SF chip.
    • Do you have switched your CC3230SF device into development mode using Uniflash software?
    • Do you have connected all JTAG lines using jumpers (TDI, TDO, TCK, TMS)?
    • Do you have properly set SOP mode according preset target configuration in CCS? Do you want to use 2 or 4 wire JTAG? What is your current SOP mode and target configuration in ccs (please provide screenshot)?
