Hi community,

I am using the Uniflash standalone software Version 5.1.0 for programming this uC.

I need a batchfile to programm the OTPBOOTCTRL-register => Z1-BOOTCTRL (0x7801E) (32 bits) with value 0x5F550B5A.

Pprogramming of the "xxx.out" file is working.

Can anybody help me?

I see some settings in UniFlash for programming. Does this work?

Alternatively I suppose you could try Debug Server Scripting.

This wiki topic is a bit old and you should be able to ignore the JRE installation step as UniFlash is now 64bit and you could use the 64bit system JRE.

You could have your dss script connect to the device. Program that register (assuming it is writable) and then program the .out.
