CCS/TMS320F280040: hex utility is missing ,and the .out file can not be produce

hello. i want to generate the .out file in CCS.but it is not successful .the i check the project properties,find something is wrong with Hex utilty memu as below:

Then I copy the project into another computer that has the same version CCS, then i find the C2000 Hex utility has submenu as below；

and the ccs versin as below；

the right HEX utiltiy should be as below: that i find it in other computer and they has same version CCS

Are you sure you are looking at the same project's properties on both machines? From your screenshots, it appears that the project names are different. Also the build configurations are different. In the first screenshot, you are looking at the Debug configuration. In the second screenshot, it is CPU1_FLASH configuration.

Please confirm that you are importing and comparing the same project and same build configurations on both machines.
Then if there is still an issue please compare the Compiler version used for each project (Project Properties->General) and confirm if they are the same.
