Hi,

When installing CCSV8, there is a problem about "unicode character check". The figure is as below. could you please help to solve this?

Sophia,

Please make sure that the username for the machine does not contain non-ASCII characters. That will present a problem during installation, hence we do that as pre-install check and notify the user.
