Run - Debug Active Project

I have selected the example program 'hello' and successfully get Build complete for project  hello. When I try to run Debug Active Project I get an error initializing emulator message: Unable to load C:\Program Files\Texas Instruments\ccsv4\DebugServer\drivers\DebugLib.dll because The specified module could not be found. What might cause this and what should I do to correct it?
