CCS/UCD3138: ARM compiler v5.2.4 can't be installed on CCS7

Dear Champion,

I'm using CCS7(exact version: 7.2.0.00013) for ucd3138 device. And default compiler is v5.2.4 for the firmware downloaded from ti.com, then I click on help -> Install new software -> code generation tools -> select the compiler v5.2.4, but it reminds me that this compiler can't be installed, can you please help me to fix this issue? How to install arm compiler v5.2.4 on CCS7?

    Jack,

    In the screenshot above, if you select the option "Show original error and build my own solution" does this tell you additional information other than "can't install"? 

    CCSv7.2.0 is rather old and may be incompatible with some compilers. I have CCSv7.4.0 and I can install this and other similar compilers without problems.

    No, it won't tells this infomation, but it will switch to the later version compiler.

    I will try ccs7.4.0 to see if this compiler could be installed.

    I think this can be closed, after switching to use CCS7.4.0, this issue is gone.Thanks...
