CCS/CCSTUDIO: How can I uninstall CCS v8.2?

Hello,

I'd like to uninstall CCS v8.2 on my MacBook and reinstall v9.2, I tried to open "uninstall_ccs.app" to uninstall, but I can't open it. After double-clicking this app, nothing got happened on my Mac.

How can I uninstall CCS?

Hi Kai,

CCS is pretty self contained. If the uninstaller is not working for you, simply delete the entire CCS 8.2 installation folder. That should be fine (and is a common way people remove CCS installations).

I deleted CCS 8.2 folder successfully. But another issue when I tried to install CCS 9.2 is "The directory /Applications/ti is not writable by the current user", how can I solve this issue?

Do you have write permissions to the /Applications" folder? If not, you can change the install path from the default to a location you do have write permissions for.
